Availability All reservations are strictly subject to availability. Brochure Accuracy Whilst every care has been taken to provide accurate information at the time of printing, it is possible that an establishment may have management or ownership changes and changes made which are beyond our control, however we will do all possible to ensure clients are made aware of these changes when booking. Game Lodge Destinations (hereafter referred to as The Company) cannot be held responsible for this. Children Certain establishments accept children, however the onus for correct age advice, at the time of travel rests with the parents or acting guardians. Cancellations Each establishment featured varies in this regard, however in all circumstances the deposit will be forfeited. Upon booking individual establishment terms and conditions will be provided for client knowledge, on request. Deposits A 20% non-refundable deposit is required upon acceptance of booking - full balance due eight weeks prior to travel. Dietary It is essential for the client to provide The Company with accurate dietary requirements including any food allergies to ensure the establishments to which client is travelling are able to fulfill requirements. Insurance Insurance is highly recommended to the client to cover illness, delay, curtailment, personal baggage etc. Medical Anti malaria precautions, where necessary should be commenced prior to departure. Please consult your physician for further details. Responsibility Neither the company nor any person acting for, through or on behalf of the company shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from any cause whatsoever and without restricting the generality of the aforegoing shall particularly not be responsible for loss or damage arising from any errors or omissions contained in its brochure or other literature, late or non confirmation or acceptance of bookings, loss or damage caused by delays, sickness, theft, injury or death, whether occasioned by negligence or not. In addition the company shall have the right at any time at its discretion to cancel any tour or the remainder thereof or make any alteration in route, accommodation, price or other details and in the event of any tour being rendered impossible, illegal or inadvisable by weather, strike, war, government or interference or any other cause whatsoever, the extra expenses incurred as a result thereof shall be the responsibility of the passenger. The company may at its discretion and with out liability or cost to itself at any time, cancel or terminate the passengers booking and in particular without limiting the generality of the aforegoing it shall be entitled to do so in the event of the illness or the illegal or incompatible behaviour of the passenger, who shall in such circumstances not be entitled to any refund. The person making any booking will, by the making of such booking, warrant that she or he has authority to enter into a contract on behalf of the other person included in such a booking and in the event of the failure of any or all of the other persons so included to make payment, the person making the booking shall by his/her signature thereof assume personal liability for the total price of all bookings made by him/her. Visa’s and Passports The responsibility is for the client to ensure valid passports and visas for the countries to be visited. The company and their staff or agents cannot be held liable for failure to ensure valid documentation.
